A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your order and begin the crafting process.
Detachable Design:
All dishes and stands are fully detachable, making the set convenient for overseas shipping and easy to store when not assembled.
Crafting & Delivery:
Each set is carefully handcrafted to order and requires 15–18 working days for completion. As every piece is made with attention to detail, urgent orders are not accepted.
Care & Maintenance
Stainless-Steel Inners: Remove the stainless-steel inner dishes before serving and wash them separately. Place them in the dishwasher or wash them by hand.
Copper Exterior: Wipe away any spills promptly with a soft, damp cloth. To maintain the shine, apply a suitable copper polish with a soft cloth, buff gently, and wipe clean.
General Care: Dust regularly with a soft microfiber cloth. Avoid steel wool, wire scrubbers, abrasive cleaners and harsh chemicals.
Important: Always serve food in the provided stainless-steel inner dishes. Do not place food directly on the unlined copper surface.
